Processing Technician

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining and following company processing procedures
• Efficiently removes fan leaves and segments plants (wet)
• Responsible for accurately weighing and recording all wet cannabis plants weights
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in order to improve and promote quality
• Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity
• Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the cultivation facilities processing area while performing duties
• Occasionally required to trim off the stick once plants are dry
• Responsible for maintaining the Company standard of quality product
• And all other job duties as assigned

• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

• Must stay current and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Florida Office of Medical Marijuana Use

• Excellent computer, mathematic, language, and reasoning skills
• Knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis
• Familiarity with cultivation processing procedures

• Experience in cannabis cultivation processing procedures preferred

• Must be able to individually lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to handle labor-centric work
• Must be able to sit, stand, stoop crouch, reach, and lift for long periods of time
• Must be able to pass a Level II background check
