Join our team as a Welder supporting sheet‑metal production across stainless steel and aluminum. This role keeps our manufacturing lines running smoothly and is a great fit for someone who takes pride in precise, quality craftsmanship - whether you're an experienced welder or looking to grow your skills through hands‑on mentorship and cross‑training.

Responsibilities- Work from work orders, schedules, and verbal instructions
- Layout, assemble, and build products to specification
- Apply knowledge of filler metal selection for various steel alloys, aluminum, and select exotic metals
- Perform GTAW, GMAW, and SMAW welding processes
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and weld symbols
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors
- Weld in multiple positions across a range of metal types
- Collaborate well with others, welcoming direction, coaching, and feedback
- Participate in cross‑training opportunities to broaden your skill set
- Support other operations as needed to maintain workflow, schedules, and quality standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized, and follow all safety protocols
- Take on other related duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Welding certification and/or 3+ years of welding experience (candidates with strong fundamentals and a willingness to train are encouraged to apply)
- Ability to work an early shift starting at 5:00 AM, with occasional overtime
- Strong attention to detail; comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
