Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents and guests under the supervision of the Medical Director and Charge Nurse

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor resident progress and identify areas for improvement

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication

• Participate in nursing leadership activities, including shift report, charge nurse duties, and other tasks as assigned

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program

• Current Florida RN license

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and protocols
