This position is for an experienced HRT professional.

Applicants must have direct, hands‑on experience with hormone replacement therapy for both men and women and with lab interpretation.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Supervisor to lead our hormone program and serve as the center workflow expert for HRT, peptides, and GLP-1 treatments. Your focus is hormone optimization and program oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct HRT/Peptides/GLP-1 consultations and lab reviews
  • Build a strong relationship with the center employees
  • Oversee patient follow‑ups and lab compliance
  • Supervise HRT program processes and staff accuracy
HRT Consultations & Lab Reviews
  • Perform advanced male and female HRT/Peptide/GLP-1 consultations
  • Interpret comprehensive lab panels and explain results clearly
  • Develop individualized hormone optimization plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust protocols appropriately
  • Ensure proper follow‑up scheduling and lab tracking
  • Maintain accurate documentation and protocol compliance
Patient Retention & Continuity
  • Manage long‑term HRT patient relationships
  • Drive reorders and treatment adherence
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hormone patients
Required Qualifications
  • Direct experience with male and female HRT programs
  • Strong understanding of hormone labs and markers
  • Experience in Hormone Replacement Therapy or TRT
  • Ability to confidently explain labs and treatment plans to patients
  • Prior supervisory or program leadership experience
Required Clinical Knowledge

Candidates should be comfortable discussing:

  • Total vs free testosterone
  • Estradiol management
  • CBC Markers
  • SHBG considerations
  • Thyroid optimization (TSH, Free T3, Free T4)
  • Metabolic markers (A1C, insulin, lipids)
  • GLP-1 medications and basic titration concepts
  • Peptides for hormone and metabolic support
