This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse based in Fort Myers, FL. The Registered Nurse will provide exceptional patient care, implement nursing interventions, and monitor patient conditions while maintaining detailed and accurate records. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, the RN will assess patient needs, administer medications and treatments, and act as a key advocate for the well-being of each patient.

The role also involves educating patients and their families about treatment plans and fostering a compassionate, safe environment that upholds the hospital’s commitment to quality care.

• Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, administering medications, and understanding mental health and behavioral health care.
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and a commitment to maintaining patient safety and confidentiality.
• Ability to handle crisis situations with professionalism and a compassionate approach.
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
• Previous experience in behavioral health nursing or a psychiatric care setting is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred;
  Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant experience also accepted.
