Position: RN Unit Manager
Facility: Ambassador Healthcare at College Park
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift
Salary: $77,500 – $87,500 annually

• Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing daily nursing operations in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Supervise and guide nursing staff, ensuring adherence to job responsibilities and quality care standards
• Address staff concerns, complaints, and grievances, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
• Lead assigned unit operations, providing mentorship and clinical direction to staff
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain appropriate staffing levels and reduce overtime and agency usage
• Implement progressive discipline and performance management as needed
• Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
• Educate, demonstrate, and evaluate nursing competencies for direct resident care
• Oversee MDS processes and assist with interdisciplinary discharge planning
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of nursing staff

• Active RN license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
