We are seeking a full‑time ASC Director of Nursing to work in our Naples, FL office. Regular hours are Monday–Friday.

• Provide leadership and support in all areas of ASC operations.
• Support AAAHC and AHCA licensure.
• Foster quality patient services and clinical operations by communicating with staff and physicians.
• Ensure adequate and appropriate ASC & clinical staffing coverage to provide high‑quality patient care and services.
• Maintain a high standard of staff performance by coaching, counseling, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Coordinate and facilitate the effective delivery of patient services by regularly monitoring patient flow and program operations.
• Assist with coordination and training/orientation of new ASC & clinical staff.
• Create, update, and revise ASC & clinical procedures, protocols, and policies in collaboration with the Administrator and other leaders.
• Support the Quality Assessment and Improvement process.
• Serve as a resource for questions and issues related to a range of ASC & clinical issues.
• Monitor preoperative statistics (e.g., number of cases, procedures, patients, complications).
