Pay Rate: $33.37 - $45.05 / hour

The Outpatient Cardiology Practice at the Sanctuary has an opportunity for an experienced RN Clinical Team Lead. This position requires 3 years of RN experience and the ideal candidate will have a strong cardiac background.

• Lead Clinical Quality Improvement
• Assess annual competencies of the clinical staff
• Direct patient care – stress tests and anticoagulation clinic
• Patient triage within practice, in‑basket management through My Chart
• Care gap closure by protocol
• Patient education and follow up on discharges
• Oversee, coordinate, and deliver nursing care for patients within a complex department, ensuring safe delivery and documentation of patient care through the nursing process
• Exhibit critical thinking and problem solving while serving as clinician, teacher, researcher, team leader and professional development
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and desired outcomes
• Contribute to provision of quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and lean performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare field preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3 years of relevant RN experience in the specialty area.
• Certification: PALS/ACLS within 90 days of employment (as appropriate). BLS required.
• License:
  State of Florida RN license.
• Preferred:
  Project management and quality improvement experience; above‑average communication skills; adaptability to technology changes
