Advance your nursing career in a specialized Neurology Progressive Care Unit where your expertise helps guide patients through critical neurological recovery. We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate RN – Neuro PCU to provide high-quality care in Fort Myers, FL.
Pay: $33.00 – $48.00/hour
Shift Differential: +$6/hour
Relocation Assistance: $7,000 + $1,800/month housing for 3 months
- Monitor neurological status, vital signs, and changes in patient condition closely
- Administer medications, treatments, and ongoing patient assessments
- Collaborate with physicians, neurologists, and interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and care transitions
- Educate patients and families on neurological conditions, treatment plans, and recovery goals
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience required
- Strong neurological assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced progressive care environment
- Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
