Position:
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor.
Sign‑on Bonus: $7,500. Daily Pay available through a trusted third‑party provider.
Health coverage:
Premium health coverage through Aetna with low out‑of‑pocket costs. Shift: Evening.
- Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families
- Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations
- Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
- Manage documentation of resident care services
- Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years of long‑term care experience
- Strong and positive team leadership for all staff members
- Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
