USAP is seeking Full Time and Part Time CRNAs to join our newest ASC in Fort Myers, Florida! NO CALL and NO WEEKENDS!

We are actively recruiting full time and 1099 CRNAs to join our practice in Fort Myers, Florida at the Lee Health Urology Surgery Center.

-Urology is a specialized outpatient facility designed to support advanced urologic procedures in a comfortable, efficient setting. The center features state‑of‑the‑art surgical suites, private pre‑op and recovery areas, and advanced equipment tailored for minimally invasive and same‑day urologic care. From kidney stone treatment and prostate procedures to diagnostic cystoscopies and soft tissue surgeries, the center is equipped to handle a wide range of urologic conditions.

Located in central Fort Myers, the facility offers easy access, in‑house imaging, and a streamlined experience for both patients and referring physicians. Care is delivered by a highly trained surgical team committed to safety, innovation, and compassionate, patient‑centered care.

This facility runs as a CRNA independent model. Comfortability with this is a MUST.

• 6 weeks vacation
• Monday – Friday; 8‑hour shifts

1099 options also available.

• All USAP Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist must meet state licensure requirements.
• CRNAs must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
