Lee Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Outpatient Nurse Navigator to support oncology patients at The Sanctuary – Regional Cancer Center, Fort Myers, Florida.

• Pay Rate: $35.04 – $47.30 per hour

Uses a multidisciplinary team approach and acts as a liaison between the patient, staff, and referring physician offices, as well as ancillary areas of the hospital system. Identifies timely diagnostic results and facilitates and coordinates patient care. Facilitates a timely, integrated, and coordinated approach to the care of patients with cancer and to provide quality nursing care for the patients with cancer or related health issues.

Identifies learning needs and content for educational programs. Develops, presents, coordinates, and evaluates educational activities. Effectively performs in the role of clinician, facilitator, advocate, consultant, and/or researcher.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a Healthcare related program

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical specialty

• State of Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification required

• Membership in professional or academic organizations desired
• Basic computer skills in MS Windows, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
