Job Title: RN – Operating Room (Contract)

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Setting: Clinical setting

Pay Range: $81.40/hr

Schedule: 36 hours per week, 6:30 AM–7:00 PM (Mon, Thu, Fri). Call required; floating to other ORs at sister campuses may be required.

Contract Length: 12 weeks (starting 07/13/2026)

Candidate Type: Traveler friendly – travel reimbursement available

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in operating room
• Strong orthopedic experience, BLS & ACLS certification, and Epic EMR experience
• Valid RN license (FL/compact) must be active at time of submittal and visible through Nursys
• Willing to obtain state licensure if required

• Prepare and assist in the operating room as an RN, supporting strong orthopedic OR workflows throughout procedures
• Coordinate perioperative care with BLS/ACLS standards and Epic documentation to maintain accurate patient flow and readiness for surgery
• Support call coverage and potential floating to other ORs at sister campuses while adhering to facility protocols
