Experience:

2 years of OR experience required, Pediatric experience required. License: RN License required.

Certifications:

BLS required, CNOR preferred. Must-Have:
Call with an average of 4 per month;
Floating required (travelers are first to float, possibly to other campuses);
All requests for time off must be submitted with application.

Description:

Candidates must have 2 years of experience in the Operating Room. Pediatric experience is also required. Call responsibilities will average 4 times per month. Emergency calls may include evening shifts from 7 PM to 11 PM or overnight shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Backup calls may extend from 3 PM to 7 AM. Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Epic, is essential.

The role involves working with adult and pediatric patient populations across various services. These services include ENT, General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Endovascular, Robotics, Dental, GYN, Orthopedics, Spine, and Neurosurgery. Candidates must have either a degree accreditation listed on their profile or a minimum of 5 years of experience. Demographic information must be included for the application to be confirmed. Candidates are expected to integrate into the unit and function as core staff members.
