RN – Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU) | Fort Myers, FL

Pay: $33.00 – $48.00/hour

Shift Differential: +$6/hour

Relocation Assistance: $7,000 + $1,800/month housing for 3 months

• Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and patient progress closely
• Administer medications, treatments, and ongoing assessments
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and coordinate appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support safe recovery and transitions of care

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience required
• Strong cardiac assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
