We are seeking a full‑time ASC Registered Nurse Manager to work in our Ft Myers, FL office. The hours are variable but are generally Monday‑Friday, with an average of 40‑45 hours weekly.

The ASC Manager is responsible for:
- Providing leadership and support in all areas of ASC operations.
- Being a hands‑on manager working with the staff in patient care as needed.
- Responsible with the director for AAAHC and AHCA licensure.
- Fostering quality patient services and clinical operations by communicating with staff and physicians.
- Ensuring adequate and appropriate ASC & clinical staffing coverage to provide the highest quality patient care and services.
- Maintaining a high standard of staff performance by coaching and counseling employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising jobs as needed.
- Coordinating and facilitating effective delivery of all patient services by regularly monitoring patient flow and program operations.
- Assisting with the coordination and training / orientation of new ASC & clinical staff.
- Creating, updating and revising ASC & clinical procedures, protocols, and policies in collaboration with the ASC Director and other leaders.
- Supporting the Quality Assessment and Improvement process.
- Serving as Safety and infection control coordinator.
- Serving as a resource for questions and issues related to a range of ASC & clinical issues and monitoring pre‑operative statistics, number of cases, procedures, patients, complications (e.g., infection, bleeding).
- Assisting physicians with peer review and medical record reviews.
- Keeping the EHR system in working order, and updating and changing any layouts needed.
- Overseeing all drug supply and tracking of narcotics.
- Holding an RN license; BSN or higher preferred.
- Having proven experience in nurse management or leadership roles within a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of nursing administration and clinical practices.
- Exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Being able to develop care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
