Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM

Pay Rate: $33.37 - $45.05 per hour

Hiring Incentive: $7,000 relocation bonus and $1,800 per month housing stipend for 3 months for eligible candidates.

Responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis treatment. Apply the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Perform duties in five areas of nursing practice: clinician, teacher, researcher, leader, and professional development. Direct and coordinate nursing care based on standards from the American Nursing Association and the Florida Nurse Practice Act. Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care and desired outcomes.

Use knowledge of patient age and cultural diversity in care provision. Contribute to quality nursing care through customer service excellence and performance improvement techniques.

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of dialysis experience; acute dialysis experience preferred.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) current for at least 90 days after hire.
• Ability to complete competency assessment.
