RN Evening Supervisor in 120 Bed SNF

Fort Myers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks an RN Evening Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our 120-bed skilled nursing facility. The supervisor will report to the Director of Nursing and will manage the evening shift, supervise nursing staff, and maintain regulatory compliance.

• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff during evening shifts to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care, identify areas for improvement, and address concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Therapy and Rehabilitation Services to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to promote quality care and resident satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of open communication, teamwork, and mutual respect among staff members.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to drive continuous growth and excellence.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Florida.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower staff.
• Knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment that prioritizes resident care and safety.
