Job Overview
Health Park Medical Center, Fort Myers, Florida, seeks experienced Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) to provide maternity care during 24‑hour shifts. The role requires at least 1 year of hospital experience. CNMs may work full‑time or part‑time, with a minimum of 3 shifts per month.
Responsibilities- Triage patients in the Obstetric Emergency Department (OBED)
- Assist with deliveries and obstetric procedures
- Diagnose and manage complex obstetric cases
- Collaborate with hospitalist team and provide counseling to expectant mothers and families
- Board‑certified or certified in midwifery (CNM)
- Minimum one year of experience in a hospital setting
- Ability to work 24‑hour shifts and at least 3 shifts per month
- Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
Health Park Medical Center is a full‑service 267‑bed facility featuring Level II and Level III NICUs, an 18‑bed obstetric special‑care unit, labor & delivery suites, and mother‑baby post‑partum rooms.
