Overview
Registered Nurse – Women’s Services – Fort Myers Hospital (Florida) – Up to $12,400 hiring incentives. Both day and night shifts available unless noted.
Compensation & Benefits- Hourly pay: $29 – $59 depending on specialty and experience.
- Night shift differential: $6 per hour (majority of Labor and Delivery nights).
- Sign‑on bonus: up to $12,400 depending on specialty.
- Relocation assistance: $1,800 for the first 3 months.
- PTO, career‑enhancement opportunities, tuition assistance, and support for obtaining professional nursing certifications.
- Day shift or night shift (both available unless noted).
- Labor and Delivery majority nights with differential.
- Will work with TN visas.
- Current Florida RN license or in the process of obtaining it.
- Minimum 1 year of acute care/hospital experience.
- BSN required—or willing to obtain within 36 months (ASN considered with solid experience).
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
