, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
As a CNA Certified Nurse Aides at Fort Myers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will provide hands-on care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, managing medical equipment, and reporting changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff. You will also work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
CNACertified Nurse Aide Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, including personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as eating, drinking, and taking medications
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff
- Assist with maintaining a safe and clean environment, including restocking supplies and equipment
- Participate in activities and programs designed to promote resident engagement and quality of life
- Current CNA certification in the state of Florida
- Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant highly desired
