Case Manager

Looking for an experienced Case Manager to join our team. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of Case Manager experience. An active RN License is required. Nursys information must be included in the profile. BLS certification is mandatory. Candidates should possess either a relevant degree or 5 years of experience in the nursing field. The role requires floating between units, as needed.

Traveling staff may be the first to float to other campuses. All requested time off must be provided during the submission process. Confirmation of candidates requires complete demographic information in the profile. The culture at our facility highly values teamwork and collaboration. Travelers are welcomed to integrate into units and are expected to function as core staff. Please be aware of document deadlines;
