Lee Health in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an Advanced Provider to support growth and development of our Advanced Heart Failure Program. This role combines inpatient rounding with outpatient clinic care under the Medical Director of Advanced Heart Failure.
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will primarily work at Health Park Medical Center, may float to other locations as needed, and handle significant life-sustaining treatments including LVAD, mechanical circulatory support, and ECMO.
