** requiring full weekends**. You decide which schedule below fits your life best!
*** 4 days (Friday-Monday, Thursday-Sunday, OR Saturday-Tuesday)
* 3 days (Friday-Sunday OR Saturday-Monday)
** What you'll Do
*** Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including OASIS assessments at required intervals
* Develop, initiate, and revise individualized plans of care as patient needs evolve
* Deliver skilled nursing services and treatments as outlined in the plan of care
* Counsel and educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless, holistic care

** What You'll Need
*** Applicants must be a graduate of an approved nursing program and own a current Florida RN license.
* BSN or MSN preferred.
* Minimum one year experience providing direct patient care; previous experience as a home health RN preferred.
* Home Health RN experience required
