Swimming Pool Technician

ASP – America’s Swimming Pool Company is the premier swimming pool service company, operating for over 15 years and known for resort-quality service.

We continue to grow and are seeking a solution‑oriented, customer‑focused Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent on‑site pool cleaning and maintenance services to each customer assigned.

The ideal person loves working outdoors, is a self‑starter who can work independently with minimal oversight, handles all matters with integrity, and embraces resort‑quality service. Pool maintenance experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.

• Manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of swimming pools each week.
• Maintain a stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week.
• Utilize a smartphone for our Pool Brain mobile platform.
• Spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma and Certified Pool Operator License is preferred.

Salary: $18–23 per hour depending on experience.

This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year.

• A company truck will be provided and you keep it fully stocked with tools and chemicals.
• You will receive paid vacation time following a qualifying period.
