We pride ourselves on providing “resort quality pool services.” We are seeking a solution‑oriented and customer‑focused Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent on‑site pool cleaning and pool maintenance services to each and every customer they are assigned.

The ideal candidate loves to work outdoors, is a self‑starter, able to work independently with minimal oversight, and embraces the concept of delivering resort‑quality service. Pool maintenance experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.

• Manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of swimming pools each week.
• Manage a stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week.
• Utilize a smart phone for our Pool Brain mobile platform.
• Spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school degree preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator License preferred.

Salary: $18-23/hour depending on experience. This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year.
