EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MANAGER

We're looking for a Property Manager to join our winning team! If you are an experienced Property Manager with a proven track record of providing superior customer service, team-building and attention to detail, we want to hear from you! Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Property Manager in the multi-family housing industry. Minimum of 3 years Supervisory experience.

Professional designations CAM, CAPS, or HCCP are a definite plus! Property Manager candidates must have a strong background in property leasing, managing, organizing and communication skills with experience in budgeting, recruiting, training and supervising staff. Bilingual in communicating in writing and speaking in English and Spanish is preferred. Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM with some weekend and holiday hours.

The purpose of the Property Manager role is to effectively supervise, manage and coordinate persons, activities and available resources in order to accomplish each property's objectives as set forth by the property owner. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels, income and property values; monitoring expenditures; and ensuring the properties are managed in accordance with industry standards. In addition, the Property Manager is responsible to see that each property follows and abides by all company polices.

The Property Manager is fully accountable for all property operations.
