Assists in driving training and continued development for Outfitters on shrink, safety, and security related functions.;
Cascades all Asset Protection directives and initiatives to store leadership and other Outfitters as required.;
Demonstrates exceptional customer service on the sales floor and during suspicious activity.;
Identifies root causes of shrink through analyzing cycle counts, trailer audits, known loss, and vendor compliance opportunities.;
Uses data to review inventory adjustments and investigates discrepancies; ensures over/short shipments are resolved between DC and Store.
