Wholesale Manager

* sales experience or any Plumbing Parts industry (wholesale) experience preferred

A store manager is responsible for the daily operations of a retail/ supply store business, including the staff, inventory, and sales. They also oversee the store's cleanliness and ensure that procedures and guidelines are followed. Some of their duties include:

• Hiring and training employees
• Managing employee schedules
• Maintaining inventory levels
• Implementing and managing purchasing plans
• Maintaining contact with suppliers
• Motivating the sales team
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
• Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating
