ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Insurance and Financial Services Representative for Brandon Mauler - State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. New Team Members will benefit from paid training and growth potential for those that strive for it.

This is a full-time, in-office, base pay + commission position. New Team Members will work alongside a supportive team, but applicants should be able to hold themselves accountable to daily activity expectations and feel confident in managing their own workflow.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
  • Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
  • Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
  • Stay current with market trends and product offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • All prior license appointments MUST be confirmed terminated before starting.
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Property & Casualty license preferred.
  • Life & Health license preferred.

Note:

It is not a prerequisite to apply; however, a 4-40 license (or CSR designation) is the minimum license required to start.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
