We are expanding our sales organization and seeking driven, outgoing, and ambitious professionals to represent leading national telecom and technology brands across Nashville. This is a field-based, client-facing role focused on building strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers. You will deliver customized communication and technology solutions designed to help businesses improve efficiency, connectivity, and growth. • Conduct in-person meetings, consultations, and presentations with small and mid-sized business clients
• Identify client needs and recommend tailored telecom and technology solutions
• Build, manage, and grow a book of business within an assigned local territory
• Prospect new clients through business-to-business outreach, referrals, and networking
• Negotiate and close sales while maintaining strong long-term customer relationships
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress
• Participate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and leadership development programs

• Must be able to work within assigned local territories
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and closing in face-to-face environments
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required—full training is provided
