Coaston Homes, a leading Southwest Florida home builder, is seeking a New Home Sales Agent to greet, engage and educate potential home buyers about available inventory, pricing, incentives, financing and the sales process. In addition, the candidate will provide support to the existing sales team and guide and follow up with lenders, agents and buyers through the new home sales process. The right candidate will be a licensed sales associate and ideally will be bi-lingual (Spanish and English).

Duties, Responsibilities and Conduct
  • Greet, engage and educate potential buyers about available inventory, pricing, financing and the sales process
  • Follow-up with prospects via phone, email or text
  • Maintain detailed records
  • Follow-up with lenders, buyers and agents through the closing process to ensure that homes are closed when scheduled
  • Host open houses, community events and walkthroughs to attract and maintain relationships with buyers and buyer agents
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Licensed sales associate in the state of Florida
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) is preferred
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with real estate, home construction and mortgage/financing
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to utilize smart phone, tablet, and laptop
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment
  • Must be flexible and agile
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Team player ready to perform other duties, as assigned
