With branches across multiple states, we are continuing to expand and are looking for a driven sales professional to join our Central and South Florida team.
Position OverviewThe Crane Specialist will be responsible for growing revenue in the Central and South Florida market by developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering top-tier service aligned with Americrane’s values. This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction or crane/heavy equipment rentals, a strong competitive drive, and a passion for solving customer problems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets
- Manage existing accounts while actively pursuing new customers in construction, industrial, and commercial sectors
- Conduct customer site visits to understand lift requirements, coordinate solutions, and provide job-walk support
- Prepare and deliver quotes with accuracy and urgency; follow up to secure business
- Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution
- Maintain CRM data and weekly activity reporting
- Represent Americrane Rentals at industry events, job walks, and customer meetings
- Uphold company standards for safety, professionalism, and customer service
Required:
- 3+ years of sales experience (construction, equipment rental, industrial services, or similar preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized
- Knowledge of cranes, rigging, heavy lifting, or industrial rental services
- Experience using CRM software and quoting systems
- Existing customer relationships in Central and South Florida construction/industrial markets
