Fort Myers Broadcasting Company is seeking a revenue-driven Radio Sales Manager to lead and grow our radio sales team in Southwest Florida. This role requires a leader who can drive new business growth, elevate rate integrity, and build a culture of disciplined revenue performance. The Radio Sales Manager will lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of Account Executives while actively contributing to revenue strategy and major account development. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who believes strong markets are built through consistent prospecting, smart strategy, and execution.

• Drive new business development and category growth!
• Coach and develop Account Executives to improve prospecting-to-close accountability
• Maintain rate integrity and revenue quality
• Accurately forecast and manage pacing
• Assist in closing high-level accounts and strategic partnerships
• Conduct structured one‑on‑ones and productive sales meetings
• Strengthen collaboration between sales and programming
• Foster a performance‑based, accountable culture

• Proven success in radio or media sales
• Leadership experience preferred (top producers ready to lead will be considered)
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills
• Professional presence with clients and internal teams
• High accountability and follow‑through

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a desk or attending client meetings
• Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate computers, phones, and other office equipment
• Ability to travel locally to meet clients, sometimes driving personal or company vehicles
• Ability to lift and carry materials such as promotional items, brochures, or presentation materials (typically up to 25 lbs)
• Occasional ability to attend events or remote locations, which may require walking, standing, or moderate physical activity
• Visual and auditory ability to review documents, presentations, and listen to audio content
