As Sales Coordinator you will play a vital role in managing a defined book of business, driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, retention initiatives, and cross-selling opportunities. This role exercises discretion and independent judgment in developing customer strategies, negotiating service solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage, grow, and retain an assigned book of business, ensuring ongoing relationship management and revenue growth.
- Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling strategies tailored to client needs and service opportunities.
- Convert pre-qualified leads and generate new business opportunities within assigned markets.
- Understand customers’ needs, evaluate service requirements, and negotiate and close sales with authority to recommend customized solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline data within Salesforce.
- Follow up on lost business opportunities and execute retention strategies to re-engage customers.
- Complete all administrative sales responsibilities, including service agreements, reports, and customer documentation.
- Previous administrative, sales, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues, both over the phone and via email
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite and Lead Generation Platforms
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work closely with others to achieve team goals
