Apartment Management Professionals, LLC (AMP Residential) is seeking to hire a Leasing Consultant to join our team at Spectra Apartments! This apartment community has 324 units and is located in Fort Meyers, FL.

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for maximizing property occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, promoting resident retention and providing or coordinating exceptional customer service. Responsibilities- Tour and lease units to prospective residents
- Professionally handle resident questions, concerns and complaints
- Complete and maintain all resident and property files
- Conduct outreach marketing and comp shops on a regular basis
- Execute fair housing practices consistently
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Assist with resident retention
- Walk the marketing path daily
- Process lease applications
- Support the Property Manager with general office maintenance by answering phones and performing other administrative tasks
- Be available to work weekends
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with current insurance
- 1-2 years of office experience, preferably in a property management office
- Prior leasing experience preferred
- Customer service, sales, and goal‑oriented mindset
- Entrata experience is preferred, but willing to train
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with residents and customers in a professional manner
- Familiarity with social media platforms, as well as best practices for businesses
- Successfully pass drug screening and criminal background check
- Must be able to work on weekends
- Full‑time, hourly position + commissions
