About the role
The Client Success team follows a Client for Life Philosophy, ensuring that every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment. In this role, you will help clients understand their business priorities, identify challenges, and recognize the most effective ways to support them in making the right decisions. You will articulate Gartner value to prospective clients, onboard clients, prove the concept of Gartner services, and stimulate client engagement across products.
The New Client Engagement (NCE) unit focuses on the highest level of service to prospects and clients and includes Client Onboarding and Insights Platform Walkthrough functions.
- Lead prospect and/or client calls to understand client priorities and challenges, articulate Gartner products and services, and demonstrate value to decision makers.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to effectively demonstrate Gartner products and resources to prospects or clients, increasing the likelihood of engagement and license purchase.
- Research prospective and existing companies, C‑Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to prepare tailored Gartner resources that drive impact.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree.
- 6+ months of relevant professional and/or internship experience with a proven track record of driving client success.
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills; agile and flexible mindset.
- Well‑defined time‑management and organizational skills.
