Key Account Executive (Ft. Myers, FL

Lab Corp is seeking a Key Account Executive to join our team in the Florida territory, primarily covering Ft. Myers, FL. The ideal candidate will reside within the territory.

• Educate, instruct, and upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in the assigned territory.
• Act as a liaison between the client and the Lab Corp operations team regarding client needs.
• Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to the customer base.
• Ensure customer retention by delivering superior customer service.
• Recommend solutions that are client focused and persuasive.
• Provide account management for the client’s day-to-day operations.
• Upsell the current book of business to increase organic growth.
• Work closely with senior sales representatives to grow the book of business.
• Continuously provide educational material to the client base.
• Resolve any customer‑related issues in a timely manner.
• Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals on a regular basis.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of outside sales experience or account management in healthcare.
• Salesforce experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish, able to read, write, and speak.

• Lab experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), paid time off (PTO), flexible time off (FTO), tuition reimbursement, and employee stock purchase plan. Employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours per week, casual, intern, and temporary employees are eligible only for the 401(k) plan. Employees on a 7 on/7 off schedule receive all benefits except PTO or FTO.
