Territory Account Manager

LHH is partnering with a valued client to identify a Territory Account Manager in Fort Myers, Florida. This individual will focus on expanding the organization’s market presence, developing strategic opportunities, and strengthening client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
• Identify and pursue strategic business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Manage the sales process from initial outreach through negotiation and contract execution
• Deliver presentations and participate in customer meetings and site visits
• Evaluate market conditions and collaborate with internal partners to support account growth and an exceptional client experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
• Experience with in the construction industry preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop lasting professional relationships
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Location: Fort Myers, Florida

Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 annually plus commission, car allowance provided
