Full-Time • $65,000 base + uncapped commission

We are seeking an experienced environmental-services sales professional to grow client relationships with property managers, golf courses, HOAs, municipalities and other organizations.

• Develop and manage client relationships.
• Generate new business and maintain existing accounts through meetings, evaluations, presentations and follow-up.
• Conduct site visits and measurements for estimates.
• Calculate and submit competitive bids and proposals.
• Coordinate scope accuracy and project handoff with operations.
• Attend community meetings and present professionally.

• At least two years of relevant environmental or aquatic-services sales experience.
• Knowledge of shoreline stabilization, lake maintenance, fountains, aeration or dredging.
• Success selling to HOAs, golf courses or property-management groups.
• Understanding of measurements, job costing and proposal writing.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organization.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.

• $65,000 starting base salary plus aggressive commission plan.
• Top performers may earn $150,000+ in total annual compensation.
