• Deliver effective customer interactions by understanding needs and matching them with the best vehicle, inventory, and financing options.
• Ensure customers complete a purchase or understand next steps to do so.
• Support dealership operations through required tasks, including opening/closing the store, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Maintain compliance with all dealership policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a positive, safe and high‑performance environment.
• Serve as a training partner for new Sales and Operations Advisors.

• Build strong partnerships with customers and guide them through the Drive Time Nurture and Sales processes.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from sales calls to appointments to conversion.
• Perform operational responsibilities including cash handling, documentation, title registration, audits, and inventory tasks.
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, website, OET experience, financing options, and all related sales processes.
• Continuously develop sales competencies such as negotiation, customer experience, and core selling skills.
• Contribute to a team environment and support learning and development initiatives.

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and retail operations, with proven success in driving sales performance and high‑quality customer experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (last 3 years).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

• Remain in a stationary position 75% of the time; occasionally move office equipment.
• Visual acuity and manual dexterity required for computer and office machinery.
• Frequent communication with internal and external customers.
• Move objects up to 20 pounds.
