Retail and Event Marketing Promoter - Fort Myers, FL

We’re looking for talented marketers to join the Retail & Event Marketing Team at Renewal by Andersen, a leading Window and Door Manufacturer in the country. This part‑time role is based at our premier retail and event locations throughout the Fort Myers area.

This is an opportunity to make excellent money representing a product you can believe in. You determine how much you earn – the more appointments you set, the higher your commission.

Successful candidates are expected to earn $15 per hour plus up to $1,000 weekly in commission. Base pay is determined by experience, education, location, certifications, and other factors. Spanish‑bilingual candidates start at $16 per hour.

• Work on‑site at our premier partner locations.
• Engage prospective customers in the store and book appointments for free consultations with a Renewal by Andersen window expert.
• Participate in paid training and follow proven marketing methodology.
• Follow up with feedback and information recaps, coordinated with the team.
