Starlink Sales Specialist

2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Starlink, are now hiring part-time Retail Sales & Activation Specialists!

Pay: $18 per hour base. Bonus: up to $4 per hour performance bonus. Total earning potential: up to $22 per hour.

Schedule:

16-20 hours per week, Friday to Sunday availability required. Dates: 7/27/26 - 11/01/26.

• Engage customers and demonstrate the latest Starlink services to help them enhance their internet needs.
• Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the perfect Starlink service.
• Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies with professionalism and a welcoming approach, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
• Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically and submit daily reports using your mobile device.
• Maintain a consistent weekend schedule, primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
• Respect local retail store environments, hierarchies, and operational policies while representing 2020 Companies and Starlink.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and connect customers throughout the sales process.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Own a smartphone with current Apple iOS or Android software.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
