- Partner with Sales Representative(s) to learn the medical device industry and Foot & Ankle business
- Contribute to growth in the assigned territory
- Cover surgical cases and ensure Stryker products are available for surgeon use
- Instruct surgeons on product use and functionality
- Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on product use, maintenance, functionality, updates, portfolio changes, and educational programs
- Contact customers to identify sales opportunities and provide customer service
- Identify prospect needs and develop appropriate responses
- Advise on product selection, answer functionality questions, and differentiate Stryker products from competitors
- Perform field calls within assigned accounts and territory
- Assist with sales plans and marketing strategies
- Help meet business targets and serve as primary backup contact for Sales Representatives
- Support regulatory compliance and Adva Med principles
- Resolve account problems and questions
- Manage inventory levels and build product sets
- Acquire and process customer purchase orders for invoicing
- Maintain training in sales skills and products
- Market Foot & Ankle products to customers
- Monitor industry, customer, and competitive trends
- Attend sales and professional association meetings, including outside regular business hours
- Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (e.g., CST, PT, CPT) plus at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
- High School Diploma plus at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
- 4+ years of active duty military service
- Reside in the Fort Myers/Naples area preferred
- Ability to travel approximately 30%
- Ability to attend surgeries and perform field calls
- Ability to maintain inventory and product sets
- Ability to learn and explain medical-device product functionality
- Adherence to regulatory compliance, Adva Med principles, applicable laws, accreditation and licensure requirements, and company policies
- Ability to attend meetings outside regular business hours
Demonstrates expertise in educating medical professionals on product functionality and compliance with regulatory standards while effectively managing sales opportunities and customer relationships in the medical device industry.
