At CDJRF of Fort Myers, we treat customers like family and help them make smart, stress-free automotive decisions. As our Service-to-Sales Department grows, we are looking for an enthusiastic, people-first team member to help loyal service customers explore exciting new vehicle options.

As a Service VIP Specialist, you will connect our service and sales departments by greeting customers in the service drive and finding opportunities to upgrade them into a newer CDJRF vehicle. You will use our technology and proven process to provide real value and improve each customer vehicle situation.

• Proactively approach and engage service customers during their visit
• Review daily service appointments and use data tools to find high-opportunity customers
• Present upgrade options based on equity, trade-in value, warranty status, and incentives
• Coordinate with managers for fast vehicle appraisals and pricing
• Schedule appointments, follow up with leads, and document interactions in the CRM
• Deliver an exceptional, pressure-free customer experience

• Automotive sales, service, BDC, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong people skills with an outgoing, empathetic, solution-focused approach
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Motivated by performance and helping others
