Field Marketing Team Lead

Sunbelt Home Solutions is expanding our Fort Myers field marketing team and looking for a driven, competitive individual who wants the opportunity to produce, lead, and grow into management.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll work alongside your team in the field, connect with homeowners, generate qualified appointments, and help set the pace for the people around you.

We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to lead from the front.

No home improvement experience? That's okay. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and a proven system. What we're looking for is leadership potential, energy, accountability, competitiveness, and the ability to connect with people.

You'll work alongside your team in assigned neighborhoods throughout the Fort Myers area, speaking directly with homeowners about Sunbelt's impact windows, impact doors, and exclusive lifetime exterior coatings.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading by example in the field

Connecting with homeowners and generating qualified appointments

Helping motivate and support other members of the field marketing team

Working toward individual and team performance goals

Reinforcing our proven canvassing and communication system

Helping newer team members improve their approach and confidence

Participating in ongoing leadership coaching and development

Building the skills needed to advance into Field Marketing Management

You are not responsible for closing the sale. Your focus is creating the opportunity, generating appointments, and helping your team perform.

OTE: $/wk

Strong performance should come with strong earning potential.

You'll receive:

Base Pay + Uncapped Commission

$1,500 Sign-On Bonus

Weekly Pay

Experience in canvassing, door-to-door sales, field marketing, direct sales, retail leadership, hospitality, promotions, or team leadership is preferred.

Reliable transportation is required.
