Call Center Representative

Compensation

Base pay of $18 per hour, with no limits on monthly sales bonuses.

A guaranteed earnings floor of $20 per hour for the first 90 days (or until October 1st, 2026, whichever comes first).

First‑year sales agents typically earn $62,000 – $75,000 per year including bonuses.

• Contact and qualify prospective customers, explaining features and merits of policies offered and recommending coverage based on the prospect’s circumstances.
• Communicate professionally with customers to explain policies, demonstrate the value of the represented brands, and follow up to close appropriate plans or policies.
• Calculate and quote premium rates for recommended policies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
• Demonstrate high integrity and adhere to compliance/quality assurance requirements.
• Use client and/or company‑provided computer systems to enter accurate data and submit applications.
• Follow scripts and designated sales processes to complete sales in a compliant and effective manner.
• Actively participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Life and/or Health insurance license; if not licensed, must complete our pre‑licensing course.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a call center environment.

In‑person and remote/hybrid. The position is available within 50 miles of Tampa, FL, Fort Myers, FL, Charlotte, NC, Richardson, TX, North Canton, OH, or remote within West Virginia.
