Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician with hands-on expertise in impact windows and doors to join a leading Florida-based glazing contractor. The role focuses on punch-out, service, and warranty repair for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site service, punch-out, and warranty work on impact windows and doors
• Complete punch-out lists and final inspections for homeowner turnover
• Troubleshoot installation issues and perform field repairs
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, contractors, and internal teams
• Manage work independently while maintaining high quality standards

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in service or installation of impact windows and doors
• Knowledge of brands like PGT, Win Door, Andersen, etc.
• Familiar with Florida building codes and manufacturer specs
• Experience with residential and storefront systems
• Clean and valid Florida driver's license
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Physically able to lift and carry tools/materials
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft 365 or similar)
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
