** What You'll Do:
** As a Field Service Technician, you'll be the trusted technical expert customers rely on to keep their wastewater pumping equipment and control systems operating safely and efficiently. Using a company-provided service vehicle, you'll travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and commission critical equipment that supports local water infrastructure.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment, electrical systems, and control panels
* Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues in the field
* Perform equipment start-ups, commissioning, and operational testing
* Service submersible wastewater pumps, pumping stations, and related control systems
* Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control logic
* Complete preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency service work
* Document service activities, findings, and work performed accurately
* Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures
* Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and technical expertise

* Travel throughout the assigned service territory
* Participation in a paid on-call rotation that may include occasional evenings, weekends, and emergency response calls

* Required Qualifications:

*** High School Diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
* Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory and respond to emergency service calls as needed
* Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, motor vehicle record review, and DOT physical
