Leadman - Irrigation Install

Overview

Juniper is growing! We are seeking a Leadman - Irrigation Install to join our installation team. This position will work alongside the landscape construction/install crew and will handle temporary supervisory duties during the foreman’s absence. This is a development role toward becoming a Landscape Construction Foreman with our team.

• Planting trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds
• Laying sod
• Installing pavers, stone walls, and hardscape projects
• Installing mulch
• Irrigation/sprinkler installation
• Digging trenches and holes
• Prepping soil areas for plantings
• Hand-watering
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials
• Leading and directing the crew as needed
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape installation/construction duties
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

• Experience with landscape construction projects
• Knowledge of landscape plants, grading, sod installation, drainage work, and irrigation
• Supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment needed for landscape construction projects
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
